I am a Pure Body Fitness Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with 3 years of division 1 coaching experience. I specialize in strength gain, overall muscle development, speed and agility training, and general fitness. I currently train as a professional track and field athlete from 1pm to 5pm weekdays. My current rates are $40/hour. When starting a fitness program I recommend working together at least twice a week, for a minimum of three months, in order to successfully accomplish your goals.

If you are interested in learning to throw I can work with you 1 on 1 or in a group setting.  I train athletes in the discus, shot put, and hammer.  Contact me with questions and to set up a training schedule.
